Welcome to Hydrocore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products, services, custom-built systems, and the use of Hydrocore’s website, technical services, and support channels.

By purchasing from Hydrocore or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Definitions

  • “Hydrocore” refers to Hydrocore Performance Computers and its affiliated business operations.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual, company, or organization purchasing products or services from Hydrocore.
  • “Products” refer to computer hardware, peripherals, accessories, cooling solutions, and related equipment.
  • “Custom Systems” refer to systems assembled or modified according to customer requirements.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Hydrocore reserves the right to:

  • Reject or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Refuse transactions suspected of fraud or abuse
  • Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors

3.2 Pricing

  • Prices are listed in SGD unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Shipping, installation, taxes, and service fees may apply separately.

3.3 Payment Terms

Orders may require:

  • Full payment upfront
  • Partial deposit for custom systems or special-order items

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.


4. Custom Build Services

4.1 Build Approval

Customers are responsible for confirming:

  • System specifications
  • Compatibility requirements
  • Intended workload usage
  • Physical casing clearance requirements

4.2 Build Time

Estimated build timelines are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

  • Parts availability
  • Distributor delays
  • Testing requirements
  • Custom modifications

4.3 Deposits

Deposits for custom builds become non-refundable once:

  • Parts are ordered
  • Assembly work has commenced
  • Custom fabrication begins

5. Product Availability

Hydrocore may substitute unavailable components with equivalent or higher-performance alternatives after notifying the customer where reasonably possible.

Hydrocore is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Supplier shortages
  • Shipping disruptions
  • Customs clearance
  • Manufacturer allocation limitations

6. Warranty & Support

Warranty coverage varies depending on:

  • Manufacturer warranty
  • Distributor policies
  • Product category

Warranty excludes:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Customer negligence
  • Damage from unstable power sources
  • Extreme overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications

Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting devices for servicing.

Hydrocore is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Downtime
  • Software corruption

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Hydrocore’s Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-built systems, opened consumables, software licenses, and specially ordered items are generally non-refundable unless defective under applicable warranty terms.


8. Technical Support

Hydrocore may provide:

  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Hardware diagnostics
  • Installation assistance
  • Performance optimization guidance

Technical advice is provided based on information available at the time and does not guarantee:

  • Full compatibility with third-party software
  • Specific benchmark performance
  • Elimination of all system instability issues

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree:

  • Not to misuse purchased products
  • To follow manufacturer safety guidelines
  • To ensure proper electrical grounding and power protection
  • To use qualified personnel for advanced installations where necessary

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Software licensing compliance
  • Data backup management
  • Cybersecurity protection
  • Network security configuration

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydrocore shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Data recovery costs
  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Hydrocore’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the affected product or service.


11. Force Majeure

Hydrocore shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Power outages
  • Internet disruptions
  • Supplier shortages
  • Government restrictions
  • Shipping interruptions
  • Pandemic-related disruptions

12. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, technical documentation, and website content belonging to Hydrocore remain the intellectual property of Hydrocore unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.


13. Privacy

Customer information provided during purchases or support interactions will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore privacy regulations and internal data protection practices.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.


15. Amendments

Hydrocore reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
